For the safety of all players, our tournament staff, and our volunteers, the following expectations will be in place throughout the event. If there are any changes to our COVID Protocols, we will update this page and email attendees that have already purchased a ticket.
These protocols are in place for your safety and so we can maintain compliance with City of Omaha requirements and the requirements put in place by Millard Public Schools for use of their facilities.
- Masks will be worn at all times while in the facility, unless eating or drinking. Areas of the building will be designated for eating where attendees can remove masks and maintain sufficient distance to keep safe. Individuals who fail to comply with mask guidelines will be warned once, and then asked to leave with no refund.
- Hand sanitizer and cleaning products to wipe down surfaces will be available throughout the event.
- We will be utilizing more of the school this year than in previous years. Events will be spread out to ensure that there is plenty of distance between players, and between events. There will be minimum six feet of distance between all tables. For some events, we will use classrooms, and have two games going on in each room at a maximum to ensure that there are no more than four people in a room at one time.
- We will also utilize multiple entrances to make sure that we do not create crowds at the beginning and end of the day.
